How to Draw MOCKING SPONGEBOB (Spongebob Squarepants) Drawing Tutorial

posted in: Tutorials 0

The other day I asked you on YouTube whether I should consider drawing tutorials on popular memes. A resounding majority of you said yes! The reason I asked that in the first place was because of this. I wanted to draw SPONGEBOB (which I did last video), but I know you guys also want me to draw this meme version of him.

What other meme macros do you want me to draw? Let me know!

Happy drawing!

MEME BACKGROUND:

Mocking SpongeBob, also known as Spongemock, refers to an image macro featuring cartoon character SpongeBob SquarePants in which people use a picture of SpongeBob to indicate a mocking tone towards an opinion or point of view.

The image of SpongeBob used for this series comes from the episode of the animated comedy series SpongeBob SquarePants called “Little Yellow Book,” which first aired on November 25th, 2012. In the episode, Squidward reads SpongeBob’s diary, where he discovers that whenever SpongeBob sees plaid, he acts like a chicken.

I’m a schoolteacher who has always loved to draw. One day, one of my students said, “Can you teach me how to draw Baymax from Big Hero Six?” Thus, the channel was born! I’m a big nerd who loves comic books, action figures, and movies. I live in the USA, but I’m actually Filipino-Canadian.
