It’s nice to finally take a break from drawing Marvel characters!
GOD OF WAR was released in April 2018 while my Avengers: Infinity War tutorial series was in full swing, so I never got a chance to draw KRATOS until now.
As I’ve mentioned before, I don’t play the God of War series, but I am a fan of the character design for Kratos. He was already so cool as a short-bearded bald dude. Well, he’s even more badass looking with a full-on Viking beard. Which is fitting because this game, gone is the Greek mythology and in place of it is Norse mythology.

GAME SYNOPSIS:
Many years have passed since Kratos took his vengeance against the Olympian gods, and he now lives with his young son Atreus in Midgard. The game opens following the death of Kratos’ second wife and Atreus’ mother, Faye, whose last wish was for her ashes to be spread at the highest peak of the nine realms. Before beginning their journey, Kratos is confronted by a mysterious man with godlike powers. After seemingly killing him, Kratos and Atreus set out on their journey.
