Sandman is one of the main villains in the movie Spider-Man 3 as well as Spider-Man: No Way Home. His real name is Flint Marko, and he is a small-time crook who is transformed into a superhuman sand creature after falling into an experimental particle accelerator. Marko initially tries to use his new powers to help his sick daughter, but he eventually becomes a criminal and begins to clash with Spider-Man. Throughout the films, Sandman struggles with his own conscience and motivations as he seeks redemption and tries to make amends for his past mistakes.
