How to Draw a FEMALE STANDING POSE (Version 1)

posted in: Action Poses, Tutorials 4

We’ve done two male standing poses. Now let’s do a FEMALE STANDING POSE! This one will be the first of several, so I’m calling it “Version 1”.

As with my previous poses, this pose comes from the game FORTNITE: BATTLE ROYALE so once again, expect me to use this pose for many of my future Fortnite female skin drawing tutorials.

Remember that these action poses aren’t specific to any one character. I intend for these drawings to be a starting off point for you to draw your favourite characters with. If you want to know more about my action pose tutorials, be sure to watch this video. And I have compiled these poses into a brand new ACTION POSE playlist, which you can find here.

To make things easier for you, I have turned this action pose into a downloadable template you can use for your drawings. That way, you can skip drawing the pose and get right to drawing your character. Of course, to get better at drawing, it would be a lot better if you followed this tutorial video from start to finish.

There are two sizes, so select the one that best suits your needs. You’ll likely notice that these templates are drawn very lightly in blue, that’s in order to make these lines less distracting for when you draw over them.

Happy drawing,
Ramny

I’m a schoolteacher who has always loved to draw. One day, one of my students said, “Can you teach me how to draw Baymax from Big Hero Six?” Thus, the channel was born! I’m a big nerd who loves comic books, action figures, and movies. I live in the USA, but I’m actually Filipino-Canadian.
