With Season 4 of the CW show coming up next month, it’s fitting that I finally do a proper comic-style FLASH tutorial, no? I’ve got tons of characters planned for October so I’m pushing this Flash tutorial a couple of weeks earlier than I normally would. But I’m sure many of you don’t mind that at all!
